Skip the repair line. Get a freshly refurbished controller or module shipped to your door, then mail us your old one for a refund.
1. Buy & Receive
Pay the upfront cost. We will ship a premium, refurbished unit to you within 48 hours so you can get right back to gaming.
2. Swap & Ship
Once your new unit arrives, place your old core into the exact same box. Attach the included prepaid return label and drop it in the mail within 7 days.
3. Get Your Refund
Once we receive and inspect your old core, we will refund $35 for full controllers (or $10 for Edge modules) back to your original payment method within 48 hours.
Core Condition Requirements
To qualify for the refund, your returned core must meet the following guidelines:
✅ Acceptable
- • Stick drift
- • Unresponsive or sticky buttons
- • Degraded or dead batteries
- • Must be Original Equipment (Official Sony or Microsoft)
- • Must be able to power on and connect to the console
❌ Unacceptable
- • Physical damage (cracked, smashed, or missing shell pieces)
- • Liquid or water damage
- • Third-party or knock-off brands
*If a core is inspected and found to be in an unacceptable condition, no refund will be issued and the broken unit will be mailed back to you.
*Cosmetic Condition: Our controllers and modules are refurbished. While they are fully tested and function perfectly like new, they may show minor signs of previous use or cosmetic wear.
*Color & Revision Disclaimer: We cannot guarantee that the refurbished controller you receive will be the exact same color or board revision as the core you send in. However, if you email us before ordering to let us know what you currently have, we will do our absolute best to send you an identical match!
